CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! You have just completed the first step (which is the most important) towards owning a home of your own. We are excited that you are serious about owning your own home and we will do everything possible to make this a fun, exciting, rewarding and easy process for you.
To begin, please download all three application forms below and mail or fax back when completed. Once we receive them, it takes on average 24 hours to process (Monday - Friday). Once all forms are processed, we will contact you to let you know the results.
If you have not paid your $40/applicant processing charge yet, you can use the Paypal link below. As you know we charge no fees or commissions for any of our services. The $40 processing charge is used to cover all needed reports to begin your potential acceptance into our program, and get you into a home of your own as quickly as possible!
