Or maybe you listed it with a Realtor, but nothing happened. Now you need some relief. The lease purchase could be the answer.

Our lease purchase program is simple. We lease your home from you for an agreed upon term with the right to buy the property with an agreed upon price. We then sub-lease the property to QUALIFIED tenant/buyers who are serious about buying. We will screen all potential tenant/buyers to find someone who has the ability to pay the rent on time and eventually buy the house.

We guarantee all rental payments to you REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE PROPERTY IS RENTED OR VACANT. The tenant/buyer will take care of all minor repairs on the property while they are renting. You will have NO MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS.

If you are uncomfortable letting us sub-lease your house, then there are some things we can do to ease your concerns. We will do everything we can within reason, to structure an agreement that you can be comfortable with. And, if we Lease Purchase your house, there will be no charge to you for our services.
